1. With your written and/or telephone travel registration via the homepage of the holiday park, online, or by using the inquiry form, you offer Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) the conclusion of a rental contract (booking). The binding rental contract comes into effect when the booking is confirmed by us in writing.

2. The holiday guest undertakes, with the rental offer, to accept these rental conditions and the house rules of the holiday park (park rules).

3. After receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of the rental price of € 200.00 must be paid to us. The remainder is payable 1 month before the start of the rental period. If payments are not made on time, we are entitled to set a grace period of 10 days and declare that we will subsequently refuse performance of the contract in order to re-let the property elsewhere, as soon as we have refused performance of the contract in writing due to default. The postmark date shall be decisive for the refusal. In this respect, receipt of the declaration of refusal is waived for its effectiveness.

4. The rental relationship includes the use of the holiday home together with its furnishings, as well as the use of the associated property and outdoor areas, including the play facilities of Ferienpark Tennenbronn GmbH.

5. The accommodation units may only be occupied by the maximum number of persons stated in the brochure (homepage of the holiday park), with children counting as full persons. In the event of over-occupancy, Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has the right to refuse excess persons or to charge a surcharge. Adjustment of the furnishings or equipment to the altered number of persons shall only take place upon separate agreement and remuneration.
Pets are only permitted if they are listed in the rental offer and we do not object in writing. Liability for animals rests with the tenant.

6. The specified rental prices are normally all-inclusive weekly prices per accommodation unit. For additional services not included in the all-inclusive package, the general conditions specified on the homepage of the holiday park apply. The ancillary costs incurred by booked additional services, in particular those for pets or laundry packages, as well as any visitor's tax, must be paid by the tenant separately prior to departure to Ferienpark Tennenbronn GmbH in addition to the rent.

7. The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract in writing. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) may, at its option, assert a lump-sum compensation instead of a specifically calculated compensation. The lump-sum compensation claim amounts to 10% of the rental price up to 45 days before the start of the trip, but at least € 25.00, 50% from the 44th day before the start of the trip, and 100% of the rental price in the event of non-arrival. The postmark date of the day of dispatch is decisive for the date of the declaration of withdrawal.

8. If the tenant does not arrive without prior written cancellation, the entire rent for the agreed rental period must be paid, provided the holiday home is not rented elsewhere at the same price. This does not apply if re-letting is culpably omitted. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not obliged to endeavor to re-let the property elsewhere if and as long as the tenant does not declare that they will not arrive.

9. The security deposit mentioned in the general conditions must be paid by the tenant on the arrival date prior to the handover of the keys to the holiday park employee. This deposit will be refunded to the tenant on the departure date after settlement of ancillary costs. The amount of the security deposit is contained in the general conditions of the holiday park and currently amounts to € 250.00 (2026 season)

10.. If date rebookings or replacement rentals occur, booking fees in the amount of € 25.00 (2027 season) will be charged to the tenant.

11. The tenant must treat the rented property with care and ensure that their fellow travelers, relatives, and guests also comply with the rental conditions. The tenant is liable for all damage and impairment caused during their period of use. They undertake to report all incurred damage immediately to the management of the holiday park, even if not at fault.
In particular, the tenant is liable for all costs incurred in the event of loss of the house key. Should damage only be discovered by holiday park employees after the tenant's departure, Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is authorized to invoice the costs for rectifying the damage and impairment to the tenant even after departure. Taking out personal liability insurance is recommended to cover the risk.

12. When using the internet, the tenant must observe legal matters (copyright protection), e.g., when downloading works from the internet, music, documents, etc. In the event of violations, e.g., downloading copyrighted works, costs and a penalty by the owner of the protective rights are to be expected. Upon becoming aware of an infringement, Ferienpark Tennenbronn GmbH will forward the contact details of the tenant to the owner of the protective rights (usually their legal representative) for further prosecution.

13. Some areas in the holiday park, in particular the areas for waste disposal near the administration, are video monitored to minimize misuse. The recordings are deleted within a week.
Exception: Recordings showing misuse will be archived for further criminal prosecution.
Video monitoring in the area of the holiday homes generally does not take place.

14. The charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is only permitted at public charging stations outside the park or at specially designated charging stations in the holiday park. Charging the vehicle at the holiday home is generally not permitted. Violations will be sanctioned.

15. Within the scope of the duty of care of a prudent businessman, Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable for the correctness of the description of the offered services in its properties, but not for the information in brochures, on the creation of which it has no influence. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable for the proper provision of its contractual services in the event of proven fault. Insofar as there is no intent or gross negligence, liability is limited in amount to three times the rental price.

16. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not liable for any service disruptions in the area of third-party services, as well as in the execution of sports and leisure activities that arise on the occasion of using the holiday park facilities. It is also not liable for injuries sustained during the use of equipment on the play areas, provided the injuries were not caused by defective equipment.

17. Any claims against Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) must be asserted in writing against Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) within one month after termination of the rental contract. They shall lapse within six months after termination of the rental contract.

18. Place of performance is the registered office of Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

19. If any provision should be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.

20. Additions and amendments to the rental conditions must be made in writing.
