- For special bookings, the costs for final cleaning and other conditions can be requested directly from the holiday park administration.
- Daily arrival is possible. On Sundays and public holidays only by arrangement.

- 1.By registering your trip in writing and/or by telephone, you offer Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) the conclusion of a rental agreement (booking). The binding rental agreement comes into effect when the booking is confirmed by us in writing.
- 2. With the rental offer, the holiday guest undertakes to accept these rental conditions and the house rules of the holiday park (park regulations).
- 3. After receiving the booking confirmation, a deposit of € 200,00 must be paid to us. The remainder is payable 1 month before the start of the rental period. If payments are not made on time, we are entitled to set a grace period of 10 days and to declare that we will then refuse to fulfill the contract in order to rent it out elsewhere as soon as we have refused to fulfill the contract in writing due to the delay . The date of the postmark is decisive for the rejection. In this respect, access is waived for the effectiveness of the declaration of rejection.
- 4. The rental agreement includes the use of the holiday home and its furnishings as well as the use of the associated property and the outdoor facilities including the play facilities Ferienpark Tennenbronn GmbH.
- 5. The residential units may only be occupied by the maximum number of people stated in the brochure (holiday park homepage), whereby children are counted as a full person. In the event of overcrowding, Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) has the right to turn away excess people or to demand an additional charge. The furnishings or equipment will only be adapted to the changed number of people if there is a separate agreement and remuneration. Pets are only permitted if they are listed in the rental offer and we do not object in writing. The tenant is responsible for the animals.
- 6. The rental prices stated are normally weekly prices per residential unit. The general conditions stated on the holiday park's homepage apply. Additional costs, in particular the consumption costs for garbage, electricity, gas and any tourist tax, are to be paid separately from the rent in addition to the rent by the tenant before departure Ferienpark Tennenbronn GmbH to pay. Only with “all inclusive offers” are the costs for garbage, electricity and gas included in the rental price.
- 7. The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) can, at its discretion, also claim a flat-rate compensation instead of a specifically calculated compensation. The flat-rate compensation claim amounts to 10% of the rental price up to 45 days before departure, but at least € 25,00, from 44 days before departure 50% and in the event of non-arrival 100% of the rental price. The postmark on the day of dispatch is decisive for the date of the declaration of withdrawal.
- 8. If the tenant does not arrive without prior written notice, the entire rent for the agreed rental period must be paid, unless the holiday home is rented elsewhere at the same price. This does not apply if the rental is culpably omitted. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not obliged to try to rent the property to someone else if and as long as the tenant does not declare that he or she will not be arriving.
- 9. The deposit stated in the general conditions must be paid by the tenant to the holiday park employee on the day of arrival before the keys are handed over. This deposit will be refunded to the tenant on the day of departure after the additional costs have been paid. The amount of the deposit is included in the general conditions of the holiday park and is 250.00 € (season 2025-2026).
- 10. The one-off booking fee of €0 (season 2025-2026) per booking must be paid by the tenant together with the remaining payment of the rental price. If dates are rebooked or a replacement rental is made, the tenant will be charged booking fees of € 25,00 (season 2025-2026).
- 11. The tenant must treat the rental property with care and ensure that his fellow travelers, relatives and guests also comply with the rental conditions. The tenant is liable for all damage and loss that occurs during the period of use. He undertakes to report all damage that occurs, even if it is not his fault, to the holiday park management immediately. In particular, the tenant is liable for all costs incurred if the house key is lost. If damage is only discovered by employees of the holiday park after the tenant has left, Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is authorized to invoice the tenant for the costs of repairing the damage even after departure. It is recommended that you take out liability insurance to cover the risk.
- 12. When using the Internet, the tenant must observe legal issues (copyright protection), e.g. when downloading works from the Internet, music, documents, etc. In the event of violations, e.g. downloading copyrighted works, costs and a penalty from the owner of the property rights must be expected. After becoming aware of a violation, GmbH will forward the tenant's contact details to the owner of the intellectual property rights (usually his legal representative) for further prosecution.
- 13. Some areas of the holiday park, particularly the waste disposal areas near the administration, are monitored by video to minimize misuse. The recordings are deleted within a week. Exception: Recordings showing abuse will be archived for further criminal prosecution.Video surveillance is generally not conducted in the area of the holiday homes.
- 14. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable within the scope of the duty of care of a prudent businessman for the accuracy of the description of the services offered in its properties, but not for the information in brochures, over whose creation it has no influence. Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable for the proper provision of its contractual services if fault is proven. Unless there is intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to three times the rental price.
- 15.Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not liable for any disruptions in the performance of third-party services or in the performance of sports and leisure activities that arise during the use of the holiday park facilities. It is also not liable for injuries that occur during the use of the equipment on the play areas, provided that the injuries were not caused by defective equipment.
- 16. Any claims against Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) must be asserted in writing to Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) within one month of the end of the rental agreement. They expire within six months of the end of the rental agreement.
- 17. The place of performance is the headquarters of Tennenbronner Ferienhaus Vermittlungs UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
- 18. If one provision is invalid, this will not affect the effectiveness of the others.
- 19. Additions and changes to the rental conditions must be made in writing.
